SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL.
Is South Tyneside Council the first authority in the country to have no less than TWO DIRECT protest websites exposing it's activities and (at the last count) no less than THREE local Blogsites exposing it's behaviour?
Our first foray into our 'useful links' is with regard to nothing other than SOUTH TYNESIDE COUNCIL!
This website, now some years old, deals with some startling allegations of council racism and harassment from an employee. The employee was found guilty of the offence, yet still works for the authority! We will let you decide for yourself. The website has compelling written and audio evidence.
Whatever the case may be, we believe that a local authority which has no less than two separate and individual protest websites against it is unprecedented.

Dover District Council unlawfully demolished a family home and following an investigation by their own Professional Standards Investigator were found guilty of maladministration with injustice on a number of counts. Yet the Council refuse to accept the report of their own Investigating Officer (a former Chief Superintendent of Police) and he has not worked for the Council since. The following website was created to highlight the damage Rayden Engineering was allowed to inflict on his residential neighbours without any form of planning consent, and Erewash Borough Council's failure to enforce planning legislation which would have prevented forseeable flood damage to 15 homes adjacent to Rayden Engineering's unauthorised development of high risk Flood Zone 3 land. Land which Rayden Engineering took through adverse possession in order to expand a heavy industrial engineering business onto the last parcel of land not already occupied by this company.
